1.      General Affair Supervisor (SNC GAS)

Requirement :

·         Bachelors degree majoring Management or Administration.

·         Female, max 35 years (single preferable)

·         Must have at least 3 years experiences in the same or similar position with a company of similar size.

·         Must have excellent knowledge of Manpower Law and other laws applicable to the management of human resources.

·         Must have working experience using HR Database Application System.

·         Must have working experience in a company has more than 100 employees with some remote projects.

·         Must have good people management skills.

·         Must be well organized, have initiative and good interpersonal communications skills.

·         Must speak and write good English.

2.      Recruiter & Trainer Supervisor (SNC RTS)

Requirement :

·         Bachelors degree majoring Psychology / Human Resources Management, Information Technology.

·         Male/Female, max 35 years (single preferred)

·         Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same field.

·         Should have the initiative to carry out tasks.

·         Must be dependable, flexible, people-oriented & multitasking.

·         Excellent oral and written English skills.

·         Excellent organizational skills.

·         Excellent computer skills.

·         Have experience as trainer (would be advantage)

·         Familiar with DISC tool (would be advantage)
